[:en]Through workshops and training sessions, for two days we will meet students at the Collège et Lycée Essor in Lomé . We will interact with them but above all, we will put into practice to better understand, what are the fundamental so-called 21st Century Skills, and how these can be useful for personal and career growth of the individual.[:it]Attraverso workshops e incontri formativi, per due giorni incontreremo i ragazzi del  Collège et Lycée Essor in Lomé . Con loro parleremo, ma soprattutto metteremo in pratica per comprendere meglio, quali sono le competenze considerate fondamentali del 21esimo secolo, e come queste possano essere utili per la crescita personale e lavorativa dell’individuo.[:el]Μέσα από εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις βασισμένες στη μη-τυπική μάθηση, θα συναντήσουμε για 2 ημέρες μαθητές του λυκείου στο Collège et Lycée Essor στο Lomé. Θα αλληλεπιδράσουμε μαζί και θα θέσουμε σε εφαρμογή τις δεξιότητες του 21ου αιώνα και το κατά πόσο μπορούν να είναι χρήσιμες για την προσωπική και επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη.
