[:en]Through workshops and training sessions, for three days we will meet students from a high school in Kpando, Ghana. With them, we will talk, but above all we will put into practice to better understand, what are the fundamental so-called 21st Century Skills, and how these can be useful for personal and career growth of the individual.[:it]Attraverso workshops e incontri formativi, per tre giorni incontreremo i ragazzi di un liceo a Kpando, in Ghana. Con loro parleremo, ma soprattutto metteremo in pratica per comprendere meglio, quali sono le competenze considerate fondamentali del 21esimo secolo, e come queste possano essere utili per la crescita personale e lavorativa dell’individuo.[:el]Μέσα από εργαστήρια και εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις, θα συναντήσουμε για 3 ημέρες μαθητές λυκείου στο Κπάντο, στην Γκάνα. Όλοι μαζί, θα συζητήσουμε και θα θέσουμε σε εφαρμογή τις δεξιότητες του 21ου αιώνα και κατά πόσο μπορούν να είναι χρήσιμες για προσωπική και επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη του καθενός.
